2025_05_10 Kick-off Driving Tour_Weldon

The GMR is pleased to start the 2025 driving season with another wonderful driving tour organized by Nico Seldon of Woodstock. This route has well-maintained curvy roads and some classic Vermont views. The tour will begin at the Park & Ride lot in Sharon, VT (80 VT ROUTE 132, Sharon VT 05065) and will end at the intersectioin of Route 100 /107 in Stockbridge, VT.  The will cover approximately 120 miles and take about 3 hours of driving time. We will take a break at the approximate mid-point. There is no charge to participate but don't delay, registration will be limited.

Schedule - We will begin gathering from 9.00am but we ask that everyone arrive no later than 9.20am to allow sufficient time to check-in, the driver’s meeting and vehicle line up for a prompt departure at 9.50am. 

Please make every effort to complete the PCA Waiver form during the registration process. If you missed it, please go https://pcagreenmountain.speedwaiver.com/mxcli on your mobile phone and follow the prompts to complete the waiver process, passengers should do the same. Waiver forms must be completed for the driver and any passengers.

Important Information for Participants

1. Please arrive with a full tank of fuel, although there is a ExxonMobil station close by the start at 5038 VT-14, Sharon, VT 05065
2. There are rest rooms available at the Mobil station 
3. Tour will take place RAIN or SHINE.
