About this event
Blackstaff Heritage Village, Ladysmith, Saturday July 18th, 11am - 3:30pm
Please join fellow Vancouver Island Porsche Club members in a scenic drive along numerous paved, country roads to Blackstaff Heritage Village. Our starting points will commence from 2 designated locations from the north and the south of Vancouver Island.
The Heritage Village is the work of both Shirley and Harry Blackstaff and their dedicated volunteers, who assist with both the works at the site and to help with pre-arranged visits. The Blackstaffs have dedicated 50 years to the project, supporting local Heritage preservation. Here is a CHEK video about the Village https://cheknews.ca/its-one-of-a-kind-ladysmith-couple-builds-rare-car-museum-in-backyard-1304001/

After the safety meeting and waiver sign-up, the south-end group will be split into 2 groups with the first group leaving at approximately 11:45 am to be lead by Didier Brard, and the second group leaving at about 11:55 am to be lead by Tim Evans, which will allow both car groups to arrive at the Blackstaff Heritage Village before the 1:00 pm visit.
